43rd Annual Robbie Burns Night in the Alberni Valley
The Port Alberni Highland Dance Association is excited to invite you to an evening of dinner, dance and song as we gather to celebrate the life, works and immortal memory of Robbie Burns. A tradition spanning decades in the Alberni Valley, our celebration will feature a cash bar, 50/50 cash draw, and raffle prizes featuring local business. All proceeds from the evening benefit local highland dancers, and help to make the art and study of highland dance accessible in the Alberni Valley.
Each adult ticket purchased includes dinner and a drink (either wine or beer), and youth tickets will include dinner and a non-alcoholic beverage.
Doors and bar open at 5:00 pm, and entertainment will feature the incredible talent of the MacKenzie School of Highland Dance, and the West Coast Highlanders Pipes and Drums beginning at 6:00pm.
Dinner will be a buffet-style roast beef dinner with all the trimmings, along with haggis. Following dinner, join us for some traditional Scottish country dancing!
PLEASE NOTE the new location for our event this year, at the Alberni Valley United Church.
